Privacy Policy

The only place this site collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive: your name, email address, phone number, company or studio name (if provided), the type of help you're looking for, your project message, and - if you choose to attach one - a BOQ or brief file (up to 20MB).

We do not use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts of any kind on this site.

One small exception, kept inside your browser: if you reached this site from a link that carries a campaign tag (for example a LinkedIn post), that tag is held in your browser tab until you close it and, if you send the contact form, added to your enquiry so we know which post brought you here. It contains nothing about you.

We use the information you submit solely to understand your enquiry and respond to it - typically within two working days. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties, except where a project genuinely requires coordinating with our manufacturing partner, StudioK, and only with your knowledge as part of that conversation.

Form submissions are stored in our backend database for as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting project. If you'd like your information removed, email us at connect@albelodesign.com and we'll act on it.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email above and we'll respond directly.

If how we handle data changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. This is a small, early-stage studio site - this policy will stay simple and honest as long as the site does.
